Yoga Mini Retreats:

Lucie is a great teacher who is very receptive and responsive to both individual and class needs. The pace of the retreats are always very good. Lucie gives in-depth explanations of the benefits of various postures which allows you to internalize and listen to your body more. With a nice relaxing break for tea and fruit in the middle of the retreat you come back refreshed for the second half and the relaxation at the end is always welcome. I always leave Lucie’s retreats revitalised and with a sense of inner calm and peace restored and I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone from beginner to experienced yogis. David, Harvest Mini Retreat
