Lovely People, hello!
I am super excited to share an online 100 hours 5 Elements Yoga Course I am leading from 26 February 2021. We will not only deepen our yoga practice, but also equip ourselves with tools to help us navigate with skill through these testing times, part of a wonderful community all sharing the same journey. Whilst we cannot change what's happening in the outside world, we have the capacity to change our life to be richer, more connected and joyful! I cannot wait to share all this (and more) with you over 15 weeks so together we start 2021 in nurturing and revitalising ways.
Want to practise yoga at home but not sure how? Maybe you come each week to class or my weekend mini retreats (It's lovely having you there!) or have just found this online and are curious. What happens outside of class or when life is simply too busy to manage a regular class? You know the ease of movement, calm and capability that yoga brings and you'd love to be able to roll out your mat and bring that into your day. What about health and vitality, knowing you have the tools to feel balanced and well physically, emotionally and mentally? This course offers key practices that can help you thrive on every level, led by a team of teachers committed to helping you achieve that.

100 Hours Course with Lucie Potter, Heather Thompson & Lianne Stewart
We immerse ourselves in each of the 5 elements: water, wood, fire, earth and metal, how we can use the energy of them to change our practice and enhance our health.
We cover a potent mix of over 45 yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques, with a different element topic each module. You'll learn about your body, health and well-being. We share home health habits, giving practical yogi health tips and tools for optimum health and well-being day to day. NLP based sessions help you look at your life and make sure you are leading your best life in ways that truly suit you.
We will help you build your home practice, part of a friendly, supportive group, all sharing the journey, a powerful experience that really brings on your practice and can build lifelong friendships.
The course is split 50:50, 50 hours of online teaching from us & 50 hours of self practice and self study from you.
We are here to support you to build your home practice, module by module leading you through a plan of action until it becomes a habit, integrating yoga and health into your life, supported by free access to online support and videos and more.
50 hours is less than 30 minutes a day for a healthier, fitter, more balanced self!
- Pre-course welcome and intro Friday 26 February 6-8pm
- 5 Sundays 10am - 4pm
- Water 28 February, Wood 21 March, Fire 11 April, Earth 2 May, Metal 23 May, Ending and graduation Sunday 13 June 10am-1pm
Deposit of £210 required to secure your place. Balance (£390) can be paid in 3 instalments of £130 over the first 3 months of the course.
