13 minute yoga session to ease back, legs and neck and bring calm

First of the ‘Mini Series’ wee yoga sessions designed to stretch, strengthen and de-stress when time is short.

This one is excellent for any time of the day, but especially first thing or when your back is feeling stiff.

As with any of my videos, please practise at your level of comfort and ability on the day – this changes! We are not robots! So nice steady deep breaths in and out and if you can’t breathe easily, then back off to where you can.

If you feel dizzy or unwell practising, stop immediately, drink some water, take some slow steady breaths. If symptoms persist, get medical assistance.
