How do I cancel my Monthly Pass

You can cancel a Direct Debit mandate in one of the following ways:

Directly with your bank or via your online banking;
By contacting Yoga with Lucie and request a cancellation;
Or by submitting a Go Cardless support ticket to request the cancellation.

If submitting a ticket with Go Cardless, please ensure you include the email address you've registered against your authorisation and "Yoga with Lucie".
