Prenatal Nurture Yoga
SUMMER BREAK - classes resume 27 August
I'm thrilled to be offering prenatal yoga classes in the Southside of Glasgow.
I trained to be a yoga teacher whilst I was pregnant with our first daughter in 2011, became a Senior Yoga Teacher pregnant with our second daughter in 2015, and felt so well from the holistic care yoga offers.
I am so grateful for the community it gave me. Having support from other mums to be on the same journey was invaluable especially with our first child, where it can feel daunting, tiring and more all at once. I met some lovely mums to be in my prenatal classes and we are still good friends today as our families grow!
I cannot wait to welcome you into a nurturing, nourishing class devoted to your wellbeing during your pregnancy!
Postnatal Classes
My NEST Parent & Baby Yoga classes are not running this session (as I'm creating training so need to free up my calendar). They will resume January 2025
Tuesdays 6.15 - 7.15pm, Blair Hall, Newlands South Church
