Prenatal Nurture Yoga

Happy 2025! Classes start back Tuesday 14th January in Blair Hall, Newlands South Church

I'm thrilled to be offering prenatal yoga classes in the Southside of Glasgow.

I trained to be a yoga teacher whilst I was pregnant with our first daughter in 2011, became a Senior Yoga Teacher pregnant with our second daughter in 2015, and felt so well from the holistic care yoga offers.

I am so grateful for the community it gave me. Having support from other mums to be on the same journey was invaluable especially with our first child, where it can feel daunting, tiring and more all at once. I met some lovely mums to be in my prenatal classes and we are still good friends today as our families grow!

I cannot wait to welcome you into a nurturing, nourishing class devoted to your wellbeing during your pregnancy!

WELLBEING

Whether you are a complete newbie or experienced yogi, these classes are designed to support and work with your changing body in pregnancy, helping ease discomfort, embed calm and promote wellbeing.

COMMUNITY

Coming to class is a lovely way to meet other expecting mums, a safe space to share the highs and lows of pregnancy and feel part of our new parents community.

£33 for 3 class block or £59* for 6 class block, valid 3/*7 weeks from first use. Drop in £12

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring:
a yoga mat
any yoga props
blanket & cushions including something to cuddle for relaxation (your shoulders will love you for it!) - A pregnancy sleeping pillow or bolster can be especially useful
water to drink for your comfort
Kit also available to borrow

WHERE TO COME

It's a bit of a warren first time. I will keep a eye out / pop out to get you!

Enter at the side of the church off Riverside Road, through right set of blue double doors. Follow the corridor round to the left and along through the fire door, turn immediately left beside stairs (stay on the ground floor!) towards the kitchen. Blair Hall is to the right.
