Come & dip your toes in Taster Class: Friday 8th May, 11-11:45am.
• Gentle flow yoga to release tension
• Corework for postnatal healing & to rebuild core strength
• Baby massage with nursery rhymes, chimes & bubbles
• Meet other parents, build your community
Suitable for newborns until crawling
If you are a birth mum, please ensure you have had your 6-week postnatal check and the go-ahead for postnatal exercise.
All parents and carers warmly welcome.
