Whether you are a complete newbie or experienced yogi, these classes are designed to support and work with your changing body in pregnancy, helping ease discomfort, embed calm and promote wellbeing.


Coming to class is a lovely way to meet other expecting mums, a safe space to share the highs and lows of pregnancy and feel part of our new parents community.

£40 for 4 class block, valid 5 weeks from first use. Drop in £12

Please bring a yoga mat, any yoga props, blanket and cushions & water to drink for your comfort. A pregnancy sleeping pillow or bolster can be especially useful. Kit also available to borrow.
