Tending the Flame: a Revitalising Day by the Sea

Tending the Flame Day Retreat // Root & Grow into the Light

The Wood element of Spring invites us to grow from our roots and envisage our year ahead with clarity, creativity & fun

This nourishing day retreat by the sea is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and revitalise with movement, rest, nature, and ritual.
Together, we’ll explore practices inspired by Springtime & the Wood element, including yoga, qigong on the beach, breathwork, meditation, and a Spring-laced yoga nidra, with chimes & singing bowls. To help rinse clear for the new, enjoy a cosy Wild Ritual Sauna, harbourside with cold water splashes, showers, and sea dips for the feisty.
The Wood element supports us to feel & channel rising energy, finding length & flexibility, softening into new ease. With the rhythm of the sea as our backdrop, we’ll move, rest, breathe, share delicious seasonal food, and create space to simply be.
