Prostration – late summer yoga sequence to ground and bring calm
Prostrations are at the heart of Late Summer practice – we become grounded and energy is drawn in. I love to practise 5 – 10 slowly and steadily, twinned with the breath, to help slow down and become present. Once my body knows what it is doing, I close my eyes to enhance that connection with the earth. Best practised on the ground so we can be truly earthed x
