Class is held in the Blair Hall, Newlands South Church, 37 Riverside Road G43 2EG. Enter via the right hand pair of blue doors at the side of the church. I will be there to greet you and show you the hall.

Please bring a yoga mat, any yoga props you have, a cosy blanket and cushion for relaxation and water to drink. Wear comfy stretchy clothing that doesn't restrict movement.

Get in touch if you need to borrow kit. You can hire a full kit of yoga mat, block, brick, belt, blanket and cushions for £10 for the course
