Prenatal Nurture Yoga

All pre and postnatal classes are being paused at the moment, to allow me time to support my family's needs.

It’s been such a joy and honour to serve our southside community of mums to be and new families for the last two years.

Thank you, all the wonderful women who came to class and gave your pregnancies, births and motherhood the wonderful support of practice.

Time to allow the busyness to fall away and be present with ourselves is a gift and blessing

Prenatal mums with yoga experience and Postnatal mums are very welcome to join my Beginners/Get back on the mat Monday class (once they've had their postnatal 6 week check and been given the all clear) or my weekly classes (once core rehab is complete 3-12 months+ postnatal)

I will of course weave in core care to support your pregnancy / postnatal continued healing and rehab

Meantime, I’d love to shore up your energy with well-deserved rest.

There are so many health benefits to having enough sleep, including lower stress hormone levels/ better hormonal balance and cardiovascular health, improved mood and reduced irritability, healing brainwave states for mental, emotional and physical health, to list a few.
However with pregnancy and when your wee one arrives, sleep becomes a precious often rare commodity.
